International Business Management aims to provide students with:

A comprehensive business
education

An understanding of the
international context in which business now operates

The opportunity to specialise in
a major business field of Marketing, HRM or Tourism Management
The first year provides a solid
grounding in business, while the second year introduces an international
business context. The third and final year looks at strategic aspects of
international business, and includes a project on a related topic. It is also
in this year that students can pursue a specialised stream to better further
their understanding on the topic.
During the first 2 years, students will pursue the SIC Diploma and Higher
Diploma in Business. Upon completion, students are guaranteed entry into the
final year of the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) International Business
Management. Assessment is based on assignments and examinations.
Relevant Polytechnic Diploma holders can gain direct entry into the
final year of the programme.
